  I had a terrible experience with Dance and Leisurewear (and unfortunately I have seen other customers have experienced this as well). I have never left a negative review on a company before but this company and their service is actually shocking, to the point that in my case they committed consumer fraud. I ordered an item from this store and received the wrong size, so after about twenty calls I finally got a hold of someone from customer service and they instructed me to return the item and they will send out the correct order. I sent back the item back in July 2017 and it's now December 2017 and have NEVER received my order. I have tried to contact the company (persistently) in every avenue I could, even sent a letter threatening legal action, and have never heard a single response. Dance and Leisurewear took my money and never delivered my item (or gave me a refund). This is absolutely appalling and is technically considered consumer fraud. My review is entirely the truth (no exaggeration) and I would strongly suggest to buy products elsewhere.

  The most appalling customer service! I ordered a pair of personalised gymnastics shorts for my daughter's birthday and they sent the wrong size. 3 voice messages, 4 emails and two live chat attempts, all went unanswered!! I have no means of contacting them and my daughter's birthday has now been and gone. They take your money and vanish into the ether. Do not buy from this company.
